Hi Oto, based on this article Descartes for MicroStation is always delivered with MicroStation installer and cannot be downloaded separately, so I guess the versions can be different, because some build is certified and included for MicroStation and other created as a standalone version. I have not found a way how to check Descartes for MicroStation installer version (in today Bentley terminology it's MicroStation Companion Feature) without installing the product, but the latest standalone version is 10.01.00.33 you mentioned.
