Hi Tom, let me explain you the general installation process. You have installed on your pc SkUp 2017, but you do not have the export tool for LumenRT, as I have described there: https://communities.bentley.com/products/3d_imaging_and_point_cloud_software/w/wiki/30007.enable-lumenrt-for-new-installed-software You start LumenRT installation but unfortunately for LumenRT 2015, SkUp 2017 is not in the list: Do not worry, finish as usual the installation in order to install properly all LumenRT 2015 components. Then follow the instructions you find in the txt, for your case: 1. Quit LumenRT and Sketchup 2017 2. Unzip the file 3. Go to the folder LumenRT 2015 in the zip file 3. Copy the file "e-onLumenRT2015.rbs" to the folder: [drive]:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins Note: If there is not a plugins folder, create one 4. Copy the file LumenRT_Main.rbs to: [drive]:\Program Files\e-on software\LumenRT 2015\LumenRT\Export\Skp\Ruby Open SkUp 2017, the plugin to export into LumenRT 2015 should be there.
