Forum Post: Failed to create a job feedback file

I have Bentley Context Capture installed on my work PC now (Master v4.4.0.344). I am getting a error when submitting the reconstruction (Step 4). I get the following error: ‘Bentley context capture failed to submit production’. When I click on more details I see this ‘failed to create job feedback file’. I have the engine and master software open. I am saving my files to OneDrive on my C drive. It has a relatively long path. I am also tiling the reconstruction and the RAM estimate is 2.2GB. Not sure what the issue is… Any help appreciated! Matt
