I heard back from Pascal Cloutier of Bentley. He replied: Thanks for your interest. The Photo Planning application was abandoned by Bentley last year and that release is no longer scheduled. Instead, we have elected to work with a third-party company called Drone Harmony as our preferred solution for photo planning solution.
