Hi Gordon, I'm based in New Caledonia. I work with drones since 2013, and on my own since last year. I'm a road designer since 2002. I survey mining sites, and I had the chance to get two jobs on roads these last months (yes it's a chance because the economy is low in my country at the moment). You can visit my page on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aeria.sarl.nc/ I also had holes like this with CC. I just launched another AT again and they disappeared. Here is a part of my 7.5km of road I surveyed in january with my Ebee RTK. I made a first analysis with Pix4DMapper Pro. I obtained really good results. I'm doing another analysis with CC, but I've got troubles with distorsion on the Z axis. I'm working on it. Here is the bridge I surveyed last year with my MAVIC PRO: Analysis done with Pix4DMapper Pro and CC. Here are some screenshots of a mining site, analysed with CC: The last screenshot is a comparison between georep (cartographic site of NC) on the left, and my survey with my Ebee RTK on the right, at approximately the same height of view. Most of my projects went well. I never had melted pictures. Except the holes or the distorsion on the Z axis with CC. On Pix4DMapper, the EXIF of the flight data of my MAVIC PRO gives negative altitude. The coordinates X and Y are correct (1m of precision which is not that bad for a "not accurate" drone). The GCPs with this kind of drones are necessary to correct the position. What is the flight software you use with your DJI Inspire 2?
