You mean the same projects which worked before? you should check under Photos tab - Check images file - load entire image that all images can be loaded correctly. The CC error message is very uninformative so and in case files are not available will fail without notice. Aerotriangulation is CPU intensive so it is not GPU related, it works even on less capable machines just will take longer.
