If photo positions are GNSS RTK corrected and accurate then it is possible to avoid further adjusting using control points just use it for double checking (as checkpoints). For this to work you can't use default settings but after import positions(choosing correct coordinate system) run aerotriangulation with mode "accurate metadata". I noticed that afterwards model is georeferenced correctly but there is 40cm vertical separation from EGM96 geoid which I used as vertical coordinate system. For best results you should create user defined coordinate system and add your national geoid grid(in GTX format). Getting correct heights is most tricky. That is what I am missing in CC that it would show not only 3D error but also separate 2D error from heights. Also it would be easier if heights could be corrected by just one control point(base station) because as you noticed using more control points but poor distribution rotates the model incorrectly. Neverless you should send this dataset to Bentley Support as it is not expected that default relaxed settings produces worse model than using more strict settings. This is typical that beginners get bad impression of ContextCapture because of some issues with data. But when input data us good it works like magic and you get better accuracy as in other softwares.
