Hello Colin: The instructions that Felix sent worked for me. I copied one of my photos into the same directory and called it mask.tif . I edited it to set the area to be excluded (mask) to black (0,0,0) and the area to be kept to white (255,255,255) I saved it as a 2 bit image (black and white) and as a tif file. I loaded the photos in the directory (did not include) the mask.tif photo) and ran AT. When I examined any of the photos the mask was there. If you just want to mask one photo you must name it "photoname_mask.tif" Hope this helps
