Hi Gordon, Usually when export a .dgn with a attached 3MX file to a file format like OBJ file a fixed resolution of the 3MX will be chosen based on the Export Resolution setting. This is because format like OBJ are not scalable and doesn't support the concept of multi-resolution data. So if you want to ensure that the full resolution is chosen you need to set a very low value for the Export Resolution property, but beware that this could lead to a very big exported file that might not be possible to open afterward in other software.
