Fabrice, From my testing in regards to this issue it appear that using any Nvidia graphic driver newer than 2016 has resulted in this issue. Now that just in my case as I was able to revert our GPU driver back to 2015 and it appears to have resolve the issue. However, I do not believe that is a solid solution as new drivers typically offer fixes and improvement, but if you're annoyed by this problem then I suggest rolling back your GPU drivers.
