What flight plan did you use? Post a screenshot before aerotriangulation. Also give details of aerotriangulation settings. Contextcapture gives less noise as uses only points with higher accuracy so model is more accurate as other SFM but unfortunately may lose details from objects which are visible only in 2 or 3 pictures and are at sharp angle between pictures. As you can see the density is much better in CC and walls are with less holes. It may work better in next Contextcapture releases with addition of auto-classification. You may need to run aerotriangulation with more relaxed settings or try to reuse camera calibration from other project. I have asked for such setting before to allow less matching tie points required in photos.
