Hi Ming, CesiumJS coordinate must be in ECEF, which is a bit different than ENU ( https://gssc.esa.int/navipedia/index.php/Transformations_between_ECEF_and_ENU_coordinates ). By the way, just curious, why don't you use ContextCapture to do the Cesium 3d Tiles export? Thanks, Mathieu
