Hello all, After a lot of trial and error, we managed to produce a 1.2sq km model of Downtown Dubai but we still face a couple of challenges with regards to GCP's and using the KML Polygon for the water surface as you can see below. During the AT phase, the GCP report showed all 7 points in the green and a quick check of the tie-points in 3D view showed the points to be where they were supposed to be and the Z values were within range as well. However, upon completion of the entire model (took 5 days) I noticed the z values on a couple of points were off. In the photo above, the GCP was placed on the manhole. However, there is some floating mesh above on which the Z value for the GCP is correct. As a result, the Z values of the entire quadrant is off by around 2m. Is there a fix for the above without having to re-do the entire AT and reconstruction? The mode consist of 15 tiles and took 5 days. I have attached the Log files and Survey data for reference if it helps.
