We get 7m difference even when using local geoid so it is more related to CC aerotriangulation issues. Until it is clear why there difference it is best to use GCPs. There is a good paper regarding DJI P4 RTK usage for photogrammetry - https://shop.quadrocopter.com/assets/images/P4RwhitePaperV2.pdf What you could try to reuse calibration from project with GCP and oblique flights or try to use DJI factory calibration from XMP DewarpData tags . Other option would be to adjust focal length or sensor size so it gets correct altitude.
