I finally figured out that my Phantom NTRIP RTK positions were off by 4m horizontally and vertically from my GCPs. I'm pretty sure it was the NTRIP corrections to the drone. I was using existing control to set GCPs so I processed my base data through OPUS and it was less than 0.02' off. Not sure whats going on with the that NTRIP service. See picture from my quality report showing how far the RTK positions had to move when I used GCPs only. Thank you for confirming I was doing it mostly right though! Thats good to hear.
