Try reinstalling ContextCapture and updating the driver for the graphics card. If this doesn't resolve the issue then try the following: In Windows Control Panel go to System. Select Advanced System Settings and in the dialogue box select "Environment Variable". Under User Variables there should be an entry for CC_Desktop_JOBQUEUE for ContextCapture or if you are a ContextCapture Center user this will be CC_CENTER_JOBQUEUE. If the variable exists all you need to do is enter the path to your job queue. If not you will need to crate the variable and then add the path as the value e.g. Also you can create a service request ( https://connect.bentley.com ) to help resolve the issue if CC Settings fails to start.
