You won't see nice looking trees as it is not stitched orthophoto from photos but it is true orthophoto(vertical view) from 3D model. You could better compare with buildings. To get nicer looking you will need to do maximum overlap in still conditions. Actually this could be a feature request that CC aerotriangulation result could be used for photo stitching(like panorama). For example for building facades only there is no much need of generating model and orthophoto from it as it loses details. The master plan is that there be wider use of 3d reality models but it is not the case now in real world as existing Autodesk users are not able to consume Contextcapture reality models and it is unrealistic that they will easily convert to Bentley products. Contextcapture is in very competitive market so to have more production formats is better as price for CC is not so competitive.
