In case of forest or wood areas software is struggling to find tie points as the pictures are too different. Try manually add user tie points and you will see that it is even impossible for human to find correct tie points there. For best results increase flying altitude to 100m over forests, take photos when there is no wind and when sun is higher or it is cloudy (less shadows). Also for tricky areas increase overlap to 90% for the photos. I see that you have photos from different altitudes so if the altitude difference is too large they do not easy fit together. You could try to make model only from one photogroup of one altitude.
