Product(s): Bentley LumenRT Version(s): 16.01.30.66 Environment: N\A Area: N/A Subarea: N\A Problem I have installed Bentley LumenRT Connect Edition Update 1, but when I tried to put in the scene one of the Contents (car, tree, character etc...), the object needs to be downloaded from internet. I have already installed in the past the Contents, why I have to download them again? Solution Bentley LumenRT Connect Edition Update 1 does not really install the Contents, it installs "empty" files that just contain the description and a preview image. Bentley has decided to give to the customers the ability to download the files from Internet, and not to install them in the pc. When customers download for the first time a tree, for example, it will be stored in user's pc and they do not need to install it again: this is only to avoid to install permanently contents users do not need and save space in their hard drive. The Contents users can see in the fullfilment center will install in LumenRT 2015 release (15.50.28.03 and previous) in the following path: C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT 2015\LumenRT Content\LumenRT.
