Hi I am well within the time limit (please see attached screen shots) for renewal of my LumenRT Studio 2015 as well as LumenRT Publisher 2015 as the expiry dates are December 5 and December 6 2016 respectively while I enjoy extended 30-day complimentary extension which you provide even beyond the 1 year period; however, when I try to renew the Maintenance plans for each of the above, I am returned the message that the product is not available.
