In the recording I saw that you are getting the “Select Geographic Coordinate System From Library.” If I am understanding when you click on “Select Geographic Coordinate System From Library” that it does not bring up the coordinate system library. In Power InRoads or Descartes if you attach a raster image in Raster Manager and highlight it in Raster Manager and do Utilities > Coordinate System > Select from library does it bring up the Coordinate System Library? You should be getting a Select Geographics Coordinate System box that will allow you select a coordinate system.
