Hi Fran, If you're using the latest version of ContextCapture why don't you try out the QR codes for control points. This is really simple all you need to do is create them in ContextCapture, print them at the size you need depending on type of capture and then when running the AT select the option " Use surveys from QR codes" this will extract the QR codes from the pictures for you saving a lot of manual intervention.
