Instead of a Titan I would suggest that you use a 1080Ti, as this is more stable (in terms of power consumption and drivers). The I7 is a good choice but the more cores you have the faster some AT steps, which is why we recommend Xeon processors. Having said that you can keep the I7 as it is very versatile and perhaps worthwhile for other software (frequency peak is more interesting on I7 than Xeon). Regarding HDD it’s better to get a SSD for the System and temp files and the 6TB for the data (images and productions). 64 GB is really good enough to deal with pretty big projects (AT of 10 000 images in one).
