Hi Farouk I'm not too sure if multipatch would cope with mesh surfaces.. I'm very interested to see how you go. I have some Ideas but nothing concrete. You could try to use FME or Deep Exploration/(now SAP Visual Enterprise Author). Or even more out-there an idea would be within an edit inside ArcGIS Pro(a new version with a ton of features just landed last week..)
