Hi Alicia, I can confirm Felix's answer: I tried to attach 3mx data as a reference in MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 1 and mentioned manipulation tools are enabled. Is there anything special in your 3mx attachment? Or e.g. the attachment is in nested in another reference? Can you post a capture of reference dialog with all columns displayed? With regards, Jan
