Contact Bentley as the file could be damaged as Contextcapture scrambles project file on each save and if the save is interrupted it can easily corrupt the project . Reminds me of similarities with DGN...

Have not seen such message seems that the main project .ccm file is unknown. Do you have ccm.bak file in same folder? Can you check by opening with notepad(but do not save) that ccm or bak file header...
