Check your aerotriangulation. These photos probably were not included into AT. Try to use multi pass method of calculating tie in points.

for ASCII point files you may use the microstation standard attach point could tool, it is saving the point file as POD after importing.

These photos were included into AT. When I used multi pass method result was the same. These same photos were not triangulated but other photos - triangulated.
